Cooking Class Policies
& Guidelines
1. We provide a variety of beverages
included in your class price, but we encourage our guests to bring the wine or
beer of their choice!
2. Please arrive early enough that we can start class promptly at
6:00 p.m.
, but please, no earlier than
5:30
!
3. Please wear comfortable clothing (we provide aprons) and non-skid shoes. No
open-toed shoes, please
4. For hands-on classes, please remove all jewelry including watches. A single
wedding band is acceptable, but you must be prepared to wash 6 inches up your
arm for sanitation!
5. Please leave purses in your vehicle, as there is no place to store them.
6. Please turn cell phones to silent during class. We understand you
may have obligations that require you to be accessible, but please
excuse yourself from the class and go outside to accept or return your call.
7. A 50% deposit is due to hold your spot! Your deposit is non-refundable
unless we are able to fill your spot.
8. We reserve the right to cancel any class that has less than 5 students
registered 48 hours in advance. If this happens we will return your
deposit, or be happy to apply it to another class.
