We do, however, have minimums based on
the season and the weekday.
We have experienced and courteous staff to serve your every need!
Drop-Off & Carry-Out Service
When all you need is the food!
Items are packed hot in covered foiled pans or ready to heat.
Platters are delivered boxed and on black heavy plastic trays.
Staffing
Our experienced staff comes uniformed:
Waiters/bus/bartenders in black pants and white tuxedo shirts and black bow
ties;
kitchen, carvers, and buffet managers in white chef’s coats and black pants.
Charges are $20-$25 per hour and are based on the time our staff is at
your site or venue.
We charge a 6- hour minimum evenings and
weekends and a 4-hour minimum for breakfast & lunch.
Rentals
China, flatware, glassware, linens, tables, chairs, tents, dance floors, etc.
Prices are according to the rental company’s current price list plus a service
charge.
On Site Set-Up
we charge an hourly rate with a two-hour minimum, based on set- up required.
Disposable Diningware
Elegant disposable servingware appropriate for
any special event.
Prices based on need.
