• Catering Food Service Permit issued by the Environmental Division of the Harrison County Health Department. Insures safe food handling procedures.

• Privilege License issued by the City of Gulfport (Business License).

• Grease Trap permit issued by the Harrison County Wastewater & Solid Waste Commission

• Liability insurance (covers food borne illness, damage, injury to    guests). Removes responsibility and liability from the clients shoulders.

• Federal Employment ID (Tax ID to pay Income & FICA taxes)

• State Tax ID (to pay State Income & Sales Tax)

• Mississippi State  & Federal Unemployment Insurances
