The menu should be planned
using several criteria:
Time of day, amount and types of alcohol served, theme,
specific requests, location, and budget.
Brunches, afternoon teas, buffet
luncheons, and elegant dinners are all appropriate, however and can be a nice

We will be happy to give you a brief overview and general estimates over
the phone or via e-mail.
More details can be discussed with a $300.00 non-refundable deposit.
Deposits are deducted from your final bill.
We charge $300.00 to cover menu and labor costs for tastings for up to four
guests.
$100.00 will be applied toward your deposit if you decide to book with us.
