Traditional Southern weddings
are usually hors d’oeuvres-style, but
hors d’oeuvres can be made of any food that can be prepared to be eaten standing and with a single utensil or pick.
The menu should be planned
using several criteria:
Time of day, amount and types of alcohol served, theme,
specific requests, location, and budget.
Brunches, afternoon teas, buffet
luncheons, and elegant dinners are all appropriate, however and can be a nice
touch. |
